Key Responsibilities:

• Drive event sales for a unique and exciting venue
• Maintain relationships with existing channel partners and develop new channels
• Conduct sales calls, make presentations and lead site walks to build venue awareness and educate the market to the venue’s unique proposition
• Research and monitor the local event venue market, collecting information about competitors, market requirements, trends, and utilize this information to maximize sales
• Respond promptly to inquiries and requests
• Monitor and track sources of external leads
• Provide input for marketing and advertising efforts
• Explore and develop new event packages to reach new audiences
• Project manage and coordinate with operations team to meet the client’s requirements and expectations
• Grow business to achieve the company’s sales targets, and enjoy success via commissions
• Drive event sales for a unique and exciting venue

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in hospitality management, business administration or other related disciplines
• 1 - 2 years in event or banquet sales experience
• Good command of both written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Enthusiastic team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and proactively
• Flexible to work outside of standard office hours during events
• Well-organised, articulate and persuasive
