Responsibilities:

• Develop shopper insights through shopper research or data analysis for strategic channels/customers
• Develop channel/customers specific trade marketing program (including distribution, promotion, merchandising and others) based on brand marketing program & channel shopper insights to drive sales/share growth
• Work with Sales team to develop simple & clear instore standard & selling stories to ensure flawless execution of trade marketing programs in stores
• Evaluate key trade marketing programs to improve effectiveness and ROI of program
• Develop & manage trade marketing budget
• Build & develop trade marketing team structure, capability & process

Requirement:

• University degree in Marketing / Mathematics or relevant discipline
• At least 5 years trade marketing or relevant experience in FMCG / Retails industry
• With analytical experience is a definite advantage
• Good time management and analytical skills, flexible and result-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
