Major Responsibilities:

• To setup key project milestones and define realistic project program timeline
• To provide a timely advice & comment on design/events and communicate through to 3rd party consultants
• To team up with contracts management with regard to project cost and budget
• To manage 3rd party consultants on project quality, schedule and cost as well as to drive through efficient work schedule
• To work with team members and clients on a variety of projects related to events and production 
• To monitor and control costs to ensure the project is executed within budget and make justifiable recommendations for over-budget spending
• To manage project execution and to ensure the project achieves the design and quality standard as planned
• Supervise performance of site team through regular meetings, on-site inspections etc. to review progress and standard of workmanship
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments

Prerequisite Requirements:

• Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years working experience in event/project management. 
• Fluency in Cantonese and English, Putonghua is an advantage
• Good communication, negotiation and project management skills
• Initiative and able to work under pressure
• Good Skill in PC (MS Words, Excel, Photoshop, Powerpoint) & General Knowledge in merchandising
• Strong organizational skills and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks in fast paced and dynamic environment
• Team achievement driven
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills
