Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for execution and implementation of various specific PR projects in accordance with PR strategies of Innovation Finance Group, and constantly raise on the reputation of the Group in the society.
• Connect with various PR resources, maintain good relationship with PR communication media, PR communication platform, media reporters and etc., provide with and release breaking press releases and videos regarding the Group in a timely manner, and follow up with the consequences of news.
• Connect with various social services and charities, conduct extensive negotiations on various specific cooperation, increase the publicity, and constantly raise enterprise and citizen social responsibility reputation of Innovation Finance Group.
• Coordinate and arrange various PR projects of member enterprises, follow up with and inspect the implementation of PR plan of member enterprises in a regular basis, timely spot problems, and provide with improvement actions Timely follow up with the latest PR dynamics, collect and release monitoring information on public opinion in a regular basis, and timely provide support in handling crisis PR incidents.
• Accomplish other tasks assigned by superior management.

Requirements: 

• Post-secondary degree in Times or U.S. Top 100 Universities.
• Post-Secondary education in PR management, communication, journalism, marketing, E-commerce, advertising, administrative management or related discipline.
• Holder of International business communication professional qualification (ABC) certificate, national PR practitioner certificate and etc.
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience;
• Has ability in comprehensive communication and coordination, project management and control, personnel organization, adaptability, logical analysis, resources integration and effective execution.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
• English requirements: CET6 / IELTS (6), TOEFL IBT (75), TOEIC (600) or the equivalent tests or above.
• Candidate meeting the following requirements would be preferable: worked or worked as intern for top 500 companies, and has international view, global mindset and ability in cross-cultural communication and collaboration. Experienced in PR and coordination for large companies. Independently worked on large PR projects. Have abundant resources in PR media. Experienced in crisis PR management. Worked for the professional PR consultancies as consultant. Rather experienced in practice of first line PR projects.
