Job Description:

• Assist in creating, implementing and managing marketing plans to match our business development strategies for growing both employers and part-time job seekers
• Monitor social media, mobile platform and digital advertising campaign by adopting strategies to improve digital campaign efficiency and strengthen brand image;
• Analyze and evaluate digital trends to improve the performance of all digital campaigns;
• Draft and posting content for social media channels;
• Assist in copywriting;
• Assist in designing marketing-related materials, e.g. online banner, pamphlet, poster, print ad, and banner etc;
• Maintain business relationship with existing users;
• Explore collaborations with new business users;
  
• Create marketing material such as company brochures, posters, pamphlets, general graphics or photos and event material;
• Design graphic/visual, retouch photos for social media, website and App;
• Produce monthly e-newsletter content;
• Assistant in any ad hoc artwork or project as per management request.
• Execute ad-hoc marketing projects 
  
  

Requirements:

• Tertiary education with strong interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English & Cantonese.
• 2 years experience in marketing / digital marketing is preferred. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Marketing Assistant (fresh graduates are also welcomed).
• Ideal candidate should possess the followings:
• Experience gained in digital marketing agency;
• Social media marketing (FB & IG);
• Knowledge in HTML, Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign, Wordpress and MS Office;
• Experience working with outsourced marketing service providers
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented and self-motivated
