Implement the Marketing strategy for DUFRY that supports the company’s values and vision, lead the implementation of all activities defined in the Annual Marketing Plan with all involved departments.

Key Accountabilities:

• Implement the Marketing Plan for the cruise line
• Coordinate and follow-up with the development of the Marketing Plan that includes Digital, Core and Visual Merchandising
• Supervision of Marketing budget
• Ensure the proper execution and implementation of all marketing activities and communications for the cruise line
• Ensures the understanding and adherence to standard policies and procedures of the marketing community
• Coordinate Advertising income strategy and Execute brands campaigns
• Proactive in alignment, support and coordination with cruise line

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications with 3-5 years of experience in leading a marketing team in a retail company / fast consumer goods.
• Proven track record in creating successful global marketing activities, campaigns, web site developments, etc.
• Strong market and customer focus
• Excellent analytical skills
• Good communication skills and command of English
• Based in Hong Kong
