The Sr. Manager - Reporting will be responsible for all reporting related to pricing,  sales and revenue performance for all hotels, areas and regions in Asia Pacific. Leads all reporting processes aimed at Global, Continent, Regional & Area stakeholders and assists in analysis related to Performance, Market Share, Sales, Market Segments, Channels, Source Markets, Account pricing, Long Range Planning, Business Planning etc.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Min 3 years demonstrable work experience in Revenue Management and/or allied fields (Feasibility, Development, Real Estate Operations)

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in a quantitative discipline (Economics, Mathematics and/or Statistics, etc.)

   

  Essential Skills and Knowledge

   

• Proficiency with Advanced Excel and PowerPoint is essential

• Experience in data visualization and analytical tools such as Tableau and/or Micro Strategy

• Revenue Management knowledge and experience

• Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills (English)

• Able to take large volumes of complex information/data and present in a clear and concise manner

• Ability to lead projects and discussions with Senior leaders at both Global and Continent level

• Strong relationship management, strategic planning, communication, and analytical skills

• Excellent demonstrated analytical ability, with experience in solving “real-life” business problems
