Summary
- Support Trade Marketing Manager to develop strategic trade marketing plans & programs for assigned brands to achieve business objectives
- Plan & implement top-class marketing implementation across Asia Pacific Markets
Job Description
- Assist Trade Marketing Manager to define & implement marketing campaigns & trade marketing programs includes Merchandising, Consumer engagement, Digital Media and trade support at regional level (APAC Market)
- Closely work with Internal & External stakeholders (e.g. HQ, commercial team, clients and agency) to handle operational tasks and smooth coordination of projects on daily basis
- Support budget management includes payment process and monthly review report
- Manage Visual & animation updated align with Marketing calendar and Brand guideline
- Manage marketing database & marketing calendar
- Provide survey competition in region and provide intelligence on market insight to HQ
- Support Special Projects/ Ad Hoc Request
- Provide monthly business review & ROI analysis on implemented initiatives
- Work with Communication Agencies and channel-related suppliers to develop and install visual/promotional collateral/promotions
- Provide training to front-line staff and support for the training plan & training notes preparation.
Requirements
- Degree holder in marketing/ business related disciplines
- Min. 3-4 years of work experience in Marketing/ Trade Marketing
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Trade Marketing Manager, Preferred experience in branded retail
- Strong communication skills, proactive and a good team player
- Good organizational skills & attentive to details
- Self-motivated, with ability to work under pressure, prioritize projects & adjust work accordingly
- Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
