Job Purpose:

• The purpose of this role is accelerating growth and profitability of a brand or a portfolio of brands. An important part of the job is the migration of a OTX product into an OTC Brand. 

Key Deliverable:

• Develop the vision for the brand and invigorate the key stakeholders to contribute meaningfully to the realization of the brands vision.   
• Conceptualize, design and develop brand strategy based on market/customer insights that furthers the brand vision.
• Translate the strategy so defined into a detailed execution program which needs to be socialized with the sales team.
• Manage the execution program and ensure deliver of set business goals in terms of Market Share, Customer Engagement and Acquisition Targets and Profitability.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Should have about 10 years of Brand Management Experience of which at least the last 5 years must be in the OTC/X sector.
• Should have had specialized training in Brand Management like a MBA or a Masters Programs or equivalent degree.
• Individuals with pharmaceutical backgrounds and/or pharmacy education would be an added advantage. 
• Must be fluent in English and Mandarin
• Strategic thinking skills with a flair for creative thinking.
• Strong people management skills
• High energy and positive
