Role & Responsibilities:

• To develop marketing plan for the Hong Kong & Macau market to build brand awareness
• Manage all executions & implementations of ATL & BTL programs, including digital marketing
• To develop seasonal materials, such as seasonal VM, photography and other advertising materials to drive brand image
• Manage corporate communication, include website maintenance, brand tools, portfolio book, packaging and staff uniform
• Lead agencies as well as internal stakeholders to develop & implement campaigns in building brand awareness
• Good in business acumen and strong in handling promotions  
• From market intelligence and trends, propose insights and implementations plans to drive business & brand growth

Requirements:

• Degree holder in business and marketing discipline
• At least 7 years' marketing experience of which 3 years’ at managerial level, preferably in fashion retail industry
• Experience in digital marketing or/and handling multi-brand will be advantage
• Outgoing, self-motivated with creative mindset
• Good team player with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
