Responsibilities: 

• To design the sales strategy, identify and develop new potential customers within Hong Kong market
  
• Exhibitions booth selling and business development
• Develop strategies to achieve sales objectives and other business objectives
• Lead a small sales team in achieving team targets; train and coach teammates on product knowledge and selling skills
  
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and analysis reports to the Management
• Maintain excellent relationship with existing clients
• To create product contents to articulate the product benefits to consumers through different social media (wechat, facebook, website etc)
  
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing and media buying
  

Requirements:

• Degree Holder or above in Marketing or related disciplines
• With passion to work in pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of Photoshop and internet technology skill is an advantage
• Proficient in Cantonese (Putonghua is an advantage)
• Able to work under pressure and deadlines
• Immediately available is preferred
