Job Description
Job Descriptions
l Provide on-site supports for all kind of marketing events and activities
l Assist with the brand ambassador for brand launching , promotion campaign, and winery visit arrangements
l Update customer data in database and provide paper work support to sales team.
l Follow up and register daily wine orders in SAP and delivery process with logistics and warehouse.
l Assist Hong Kong sales promotions implementation, POSM preparation, sales figures analysis, promotion reports.
l Key contact person for HK office with Shanghai head office for marketing and design matters
l Ensure the regular update of our local website and social media (Facebook)
Requirements
l Degree holder or above is preferred
l At least 1-2 year working experience in the relevant fields.
l Solid working knowledge of MS office: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
l With an outgoing and pleasing personality, good team player.
l Dynamic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
l Fluent in written and spoken in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
l Familiar wine knowledge is preferred
l Working knowledge of SAP system and Photoshop is preferred
