Roles and responsibilities:

• Assist to oversee day-to-day project coordination & administration work
• Maintain effective communication with key accounts, creative teams & suppliers
  
• Work closely with creative teams and third party resources to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and with good quality
• Assist to prepare advertising proposals
• Assist to prepare presentations and client support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or other related disciplines 
• At least 1 year working experience
• Experience in managing digital, social media, event, and other ATL marketing activities a plus
• Proficiency in written and spoken English & Cantonese
• Well-organised and highly responsible
• Immediate available is preferred
