Based in Hong Kong, we are one of the world's largest retailer of a unique adult toy products. Working closely with a production house to produce custom made adult used products to meet the market demand. We also carry a reputable brand, performing as a supplier to many retailers based in US, Europe and Australia. We are one of the largest of its kind in the English speaking market. We attend tradeshow/exhibition/ fair 2-4 times a year, mostly in the US and Europe.

We are now expanding to the Japanese market. We need a Japanese literate professional helps us to handle our Japanese customers' inquiries, as well as assisting our Japanese retailers who are based in Japan to improve their sales. For the person who joins us, you may also require to join us attending fair/exhibition in Japan.

You need to speak and write fluent Japanese. Also, you need to know graphic design software, such as Photoshop/Illustrator to edit product pictures. You will get to involve in various tasks, so is everyone of us in the team.

Responsibilities:

• An adult toy online business
• Look after and maintain our Japanese online store, including:
• Products update on the website
• Photoshop skills to edit pictures for the website
• Answer Japanese customers inquiries, either online, email or phone
• Japanese writing
• Online marketing of our products in Japan

Requirements:

• Fluent in Japanese, in written and oral speaking
• Knowledge in Photoshop/ Adobe Illustrator will be an advantage
• Japanese writing
• Passion in online business
• Quick self-learning skill. Despite training is provided, but we are a small team
• *Ideally, you need to understand the Japanese online browsing behaviour.

Task:

• Online marketing, sales and strategies
• Website improvement to meet Japanese online shopping / browsing behaviour
• Graphic design and pictures editing
• Meeting Japanese clients

Remuneration

• Monthly salary: HKD 20,000 - 30,000

*If we have expo in Japan or Japanese customers, you will be involved in it and joined our business trip as a translator, depending on situation.
