Job Description
Role:
Supporting the general operational and clerical functions of the office, and providing assistance to account teams.
Requirements:
- Form 7/S6 or above
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Computer proficiency in MS Office, Words, Excel, Power Point & Chinese word processing.
- Basic knowledge in Photoshop will be an advantage
- Capable of executing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Willing to learn, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Team player
*The applicant should be able to work at least 2-3 times a week from 9:30-18:00.
