Reporting to the Head of the Department, the incumbent will lead a team of leasing professionals to manage a portfolio of commercial properties of the Group. Major tasks include formulating and implementation of effective leasing strategies, supervising the daily marketing and leasing activities, tenancy management, conducting market research and to undertake other assignments as may be required.

•  Degree holder or above, preferably in Marketing / Surveying /Real Estate related discipline;
• Minimum 10 years retail leasing experience in Hong Kong, with at least 5 years at supervisory level; Experience in leasing or marketing shopping centers in property developers will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership skills capable of driving the marketing & leasing team to meet targets and secure deals.
• Good networking with major retailers, MNC clients, agencies and potential tenants;
• Good knowledge of Hong Kong’s leasing practice, tenancy law, related ordinances & regulations;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Strong team player who is mature and independent, high work commitment, responsible and good communication skills;
• Strong in negotiation, detail-minded, good analytical and problem solving skills;
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of Leasing Manager – Retail Section.
