Responsibilities:

• Assist sales team to manage all-round daily operation
• Handle customer orders, logistic arrangement and complete all sales administration tasks
• Directly communicate with customer and manage customer? expectations on order progress and unexpected situation
• Handle and resolve customers??problems & complaints independently
• Execute effective marketing programs according to marketing strategies, including construction of marketing materials, event organization, on-line marketing campaigns, etc.
• Assist sales team on new customer acquisition program
• Provide customer service and office administration support

Requirements:

• Academic qualification: diploma or above, Fresh Graduates will be considered
• Energetic, creative, outgoing and proactive individual with good organizational and time management skills
• Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin
• Good command of Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
• Dedicated to work under pressure & overtime, and pay good attention to details
