Responsibilities:

• Responsible for marketing, support and execute a full spectrum of branding, marketing and promotional campaigns;
• Explore new markets and new business opportunities, with revenue accountability;
• Handle media and advertisement planning and execution across a wide platform and marketing material, such as sales brochure, TVC, outdoor billboards, POSM, print advertisements in different newspapers; & magazines, website content, online media (Facebook, Ig, WeChat, etc.) and various marketing collaterals and coordinate various events including press conferences, workshops & seminars, etc.
• Prepare innovative campaign materials/presentation decks/sales proposals/ marketing plan
• Conduct market research and cost analysis, and identify market opportunity;
• Assist in formulation and implementation of sales and marketing strategies
• Champion project implementation, including preparation of project plan, progress management, budgetary control and ensure seamless communication between different department.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly client reports, valuation report and monthly business review;
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments. Handle orders or inquiries from customers on the phone or e-mail;

Requirement:

• Degree holder (Marketing or BA) or business-related discipline also considered;
• 5 – 8 years Sales & Marketing experience in Hong Kong retail related field;
• Sound knowledge and experience in Marketing, Advertising and PR for sales projects;
• Strong in market research, product planning and development, and marketing strategy formulation and implementation;
• Successful experience in CRM, On-line media platforms, Kickstarter, e-commerce is a definitely advantage
• Wide & good network (with Directors, photographers, PR agency, Bloggers, KOLs) is a definitely advantage
• Good management and leadership skills are a plus
• Have coaching and training experiences will have added advantage
• Mature, stable and presentable
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin and English
• Less experience will be considered Assistant Manager
• Enjoy working with people, good communication skills
• Proficient in MS Word/ Excel/ Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing.
• Experience using Photoshop and A.I. will be highly regarded.
• Willing to learn and easy to adapt to a new work environment
• Account, marketing and sales experience are a plus
