The Job:

• Report to the Director, Content Marketing and Operation to formulate & implement social media and content marketing strategies for an OTT / Video on Demand entertainment platform
• Drive traffic and engagements through marketing campaigns across various digital and social media outlets to achieve business ROI.
• Develop and manage engaging content for social media and our digital platforms. Work closely with content production and product teams to plan and produce creative messaging
• Plan and manage social media initiatives to maximize stickiness and meet business needs
• Measure and analyze website and online campaign performance including social media, SEO, SEM to optimize effectiveness
• Responsible for the marketing budget, coaching and supervising subordinates
• Be proactive and creative in contributing content development, consumer marketing and social media insights & research through ongoing study of the latest entertainment trends
  

The Person:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Communication
• 5 years or above in digital marketing or digital marketing agency. Strong in digital and social media with previous experience in entertainment industry a plus
• Creative, self-motivated and a good team player
• Strong writing skills of English and Chinese
• Good sense of current and emerging trends in the social media landscape
• Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge in photoshop an asset
• Candidate with less experience can consider the role of Assistant Content Marketing Manager
