Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop tailored search marketing, measurement and optimization strategies for current and prospective clients
  • Develop performance driven media plans aimed at meeting corresponding KPIs
  • Setup and manage search campaigns across multiple accounts, search engines and markets
  • Keyword research and ad copy development
  • Monitor daily performance and increase the efficiency, accuracy and quality of campaign management and client deliverables
  • Foster relationships with clients; be attentive, share knowledge, drive results and build trust
  • Connect with key local and regional players, including but not limited to search engines (Baidu, Google, Yahoo/Bing, Naver), media vendors and technology developers, and develop unique opportunities for our clients
  • Collaborate with agency departments for tasks such as copywriting and data analytics to continue to improve media performance and champion search capabilities
  • Media research and insights to help team develop wider and more holistic media proposals

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years hands-on search and/or performance display experience, other digital media experience such as social and mobile is greatly valued
  • Familiarity with APAC media and search landscape, experience in Greater China, Korea would be a great plus
  • Hands-on experience using Google AdWords/Baidu/other search engines to set up and manage campaigns, write engaging text ads (Traditional & Simplified Chinese) and execute A/B testing, etc
  • Knowledge of best practices related to account structure, keyword generation, match types, bidding strategies, etc
  • Proficient in using third party tracking platforms such as DoubleClick and Google Analytics
  • Demonstration of best practice and processes for optimizing performance driven search or media campaigns
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, attention to details and advanced reporting (Excel) skills
  • Proactive, independent thinker and good team player
  • Bachelor's degree, concentration in business, marketing, or advertising preferred
