Job Description

 Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming enquiries and arrange tours for prospective serviced office members
  • Pro-active in generating leads by outbound calling to existing and prospective customers 
  • Update Social Media and maintain online advertising and PR materials for media leads and sales
  • Ensure quality of customer service through every interaction with the customer
  • Ensure timely reporting of all essential activities
  • Prepare membership documents for new members and membership renewals.
  • Prepare pitch and sales documents and email for prospective members 

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer service, sales, telesales or marketing field
  • Prior experience in serviced office/business centre, real estate, hospitality or B2B sales is advantage
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Excellent telephone selling skills including clear communication
  • Familiar with standard computer applications MS Office and MAC OS
  • Quick thinker and an excellent objection handler
  • Self motivated, outgoing, result driven, high ambitions, energetic

 

 

Receptionist

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general receptionist duties 
  • Answer phone enquiry and handle appointments appropriately 
  • Help in managing daily operations of the centre
  • Support clerical and office administration 
  • Maintain the customer service quality and support its continuous improvements 
  • Assist in organizing company activties and liaise
  • Assist in processing incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and parcels
  • Assist in some HR duties, including data entries, issuing invoices and filing
  • Assist in company events and meetings’ preparation
  • Assist in Boardroom and meeting room reservation
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above with at least 2 year working experience in administrative & receptionist
  • Good telephone manner and communication skills, polite and cheerful 
  • Fluent in spoken and Written Cantonese, Putonghua and English.
  • Familiar with MS Office & Chinese word processing 
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, responsible, hardworking with pleasant personalities
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese word processing and familiar with MAC OS
