• Degree holder in Real Estate Surveying or related discipline
• Holder of Real Estate Agent licence
• Assist in handling Full reports, URA cases, Lease modifications, Agency cases and projects, Developments management, CAP 545, CAP 621 etc.
  
• Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
