Responsibilities

• Report directly to company top level management
• Lead a marketing and design team in Hong Kong while working closely with counterparts in China
• Propose & execute multi-channel marketing plans with focus to drive sales
• Manage and control marketing budget to achieve best results for company
• Collaborate with advertising, media agencies as a team to develop marketing projects
• Explore joint-promotion opportunities through brands collaboration & partnership
• Manage online & offline marketing channels including but not limited to bill boards, magazines, social media platforms
• Analyse ROI of all marketing activities and present monthly reports
• Evaluate market trends & business environment regularly and provide feedback
• Perform other ad-hoc projects and all marketing related tasks

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of solid all-rounded experience in brand & product marketing, advertising, digital marketing etc.
• Sales-driven with creative and strong marketing sense as well as business acumen
• Proven work experience as a team leader
• Strong understanding and working knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage
• Experience in beauty / medical service business is a huge plus
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese & Mandarin and English
