Job Purpose:

You will drive digital project initiatives and work with stakeholders and vendors to meet sales leads target, to improve conversion rate of digital properties, and enhance customer experience in their Bupa journey.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

• Explore and recommend new digital technology that can lift customer experience and enhance sales conversion.
• Work with various stakeholders, Information Services, and vendors to deliver and roll-out digital projects to enhance customer experience and lift sales leads generation capability.
• Ensure action items follows governance and comply with regulations and requirements from Bupa internal policies
• To manage website as owner, and proactively seek solutions to improve online traffic and sales conversion.

To be successful in the position, you should ideally have:

• Undergraduate degree
• Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing
• Strong knowledge and experience in user experience
• Knowledge and experience in using web analytics to analyze online user behavior, ideally with knowledge of SEO, web chat, mobile apps, wechat, and tagging
• Experience in content management system, and understanding of HTML
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders in tight deadline
• Good communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English
• Marketing qualification would be an advantage
• Preference will be given for those with online sales/sales leads generation/conversion optimization experience
