Job Description
Duties:
- To liaise with and to provide information to clients including district arts groups
- To co-ordinate and compile various statistical returns
- To update the booking summary and records from time to time
- To assist in extracting and inputting clients' data into computerized booking system
- To assist in handing applications and corresponding of various facilities
- To answer enquiries of clients and general public regarding to booking procedures, arrangement, payment, basic technical services, etc
Requirement:
- F.5/DSE or above, Diploma holder is preferred
- 1-2 years full time working experience
- Experience in project co-ordination/customer services
- Knowledge/Experience in exhibition/conference is a highly advantage
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, and be mature in personality
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
