Summary/purpose of the position 

The Regional Supporter Communications Coordinator will work with staff content writers across the Greenpeace East Asia region to provide leadership for high-quality, high-impact content for a variety of Supporter Communication materials for Greenpeace East Asia to maximise new and existing supporter income and ensure long-term financial growth and stability for the organisation. The Regional Supporter Communications Coordinator will take the lead in the coordination and the creation of all communication content from concept development through to finalised content production materials and supporter materials such as annual reports,impact reports, newsletters, marketing appeals, and campaign brochures, etc. They will also work regularly with other team members and across departments to ensure best practice storytelling and style consistency.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of and/or experience in using communication tools (e.g.: audience analysis, message testing and surveys)
• Knowledge and/or experience in journalism or media communications
• Knowledge and/or experience in production design, and/or graphic design
• Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• Strong communicator, with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Talented and experienced editor and copywriter
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
• Able to juggle multiple deadlines, prioritizing effectively and meeting tight deadlines with high-quality products
