Lead a team and in charge of all functions of the e-commerce business including Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, Customer, Services, Inventory, IT, Logistics... 

Develop the E-shop activities in Asia

• Reach the economic goals
• Develop the E-shop/ WeChat shop performance
• Develop and manage assortment plans to ensure the growth of products categories
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, marketing best practices
• Assure all aspects of website/ WeChat shop contents
• Create landing pages in response to planned CRM, SEM, SEO activities, seasonal calendar and marketing opportunities
• Manage SEM campaigns to build brand awareness and traffic to the website/ WeChat shop and to stores

Define website strategy

• Define and implement online sales strategy and traffic optimization
• Assess the best strategies to increase the traffic and the website/ WeChat shop awareness
• Propose navigation improvements according to local digital specificities and make the customer experience relevant to the markets
• Implement and monitor SEO strategy
• Sales budget and forecast

Requirements

• With a minimum of 8 years’ experience in e-commerce, preferably in a global Omni channel retailer
• A creative digital thinker with a detail oriented approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, simplified and traditional Chinese
• Strong knowledge of online marketing best practices (SEM, SEO, Traffic management)
• Experience with web analytics tools
• Excellent copywriting and proof reading skills
