Responsibilities:

• Assist Brand Manager in developing trade marketing plans and promotion
• Initiate and execute sales and marketing activities
• Work with marketing agency to develop POSM for trade marketing activities
• Work closely with internal and external business partners to better understanding of consumer insights and to deliver business target
• Promotion compliance tracking
• Prepare data analysis to monitor brand performance
• Handle customer enquiry and Facebook management
• Plan, maintain and control A&P budget to ensure effective program delivery
• Shipment forecast and inventory management
• Meeting coordination, recap and follow up
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required to business needs

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing or related discipline
• 3+yrs of brand or product marketing experience preferably gained from leading brands in MNCs or sizable firms in FMCG
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong can-do and sales-driven attitude
• Result-driven, proven team leading, with strong business and marketing sense
• Strong trend analysis and demonstrated experience in market, self-management and motivation skills
• Proficiency in PC operations including MS Excel (Pivot table & Vlookup)
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be offered a senior position
