Job Description
European watch brand owner target for young trendy mass market with 3-5 retail shops in Hong Kong as well as online shop and e-commerce business focus in Hong Kong, China and Asian market – Hong Kong office function as the Regional office of Asia – we are looking for a JAPANESE SPEAKING ASIA MANAGER (wholesales & key account management) – with details as follows :
- Tertiary education
- 5 to 8 years distributorship management and key account management experience with focus in HK, China, Japan and Asian market
- Experience in watch/fashion jewellery/fashion accessories/fashion/handbag/footwear/lifestyle products is highly prefer
- Business level in written and spoken English, Chinese (Putonghua) and Japanese
- Good PC Knowledge / Skills ( PowerPoint, Word and Excel )
- Report to the General Manager of the HK office, and functionally to the European Head office
- JOB SUMMARY : assist the Company to execute and drive growth and profitability by developing, managing and advising Distributor Partners and Key Accounts with focus in Japan market and minor in HK, China and other Asian market
- Develop and manage the distribution portfolio and key acounts across Japan and Asia
- Study, plan, implement optimal strategy and methods to meet needs of clients and company direction. Done through engaging and directing clients in operations, pricing, promotions, marketing, product assortment and visual merchandising in collaboration with respective departments of the Corporate office
- Partner with Distributors and Key Accounts on new locations & site planning in existing markets, making sure the “brand presence” aligned with corporate brand guideline
- Analyze sales performance in each market to identify areas for improvement, then coordinate with relevant departments for ensuring ultimately the achievement of all financial and sales targets
- Frequent travel within the Asian region
- Work independently with no direct subordinates
- 5 days work
