Duties and Responsibilities:

• Compiling and distributing sales and lifting statistics reports
• Conducting research and analyzing data to identify target markets and customers
• Updating database of sales and marketing and using CRM system
• Providing customer services on import and export shipments
• Handling selective clients’ enquiries, RFQ and complaints
• Attending sales meeting 
• Maintaining website and marketing materials
• Organizing events and developing marketing campaigns
• Assisting management and sales team with any assigned special projects and providing necessary support when required

Requirements:

• BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline 
• At least 1-2 years marketing or customer service. With experience in air and sea freight forwarders would be advantage.
• Understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
• Creativity and commercial awareness
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with people of all levels
• Good command of spoken and written English 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, power point & e-mail
• Hard working and detail-minded
• Mature and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work independently as well as being a team player
• Immediate available is preferred
