Job duties:

• Provide high quality customer service to clients and visitors and ensure customer satisfaction
• Plan, execute and manage events including scheduling,  resources management and onsite supervision, etc. 
• Oversee reception area on performing customer service duties including greeting and looking after customers, scheduling appointments and rooms,  following-up customers and answering enquiries
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirement:

• 2 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in healthcare or hospitality related industries in multi-national environment.
• Proficiency in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua, and in written English and Chinese.
• Strong customer service minded.  Excellent interpersonal skills.  Good face-to-face and telephone manner.  Able to work under pressure.
• Bright, cheerful, energetic, confident, self-motivated, organized, independent and a good team player
• Good knowledge in MS Office, Internet and computer operation.
• Able to work overtime occasionally.
