To further strengthen the marketing capabilities in HK and China, our client is seeking for a high calibre integrated marketing professional to head up the marketing team. 

Reporting to the regional head of marketing and leading a small team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic brand and marketing plans, with the objective to grow client base and achieve business revenue target. To generate new qualified prospects, you will be driving marketing initiatives from ideation to execution, including customer events, sponsorship events, through-the-line brand campaigns as well as publicity programmes. You will also be responsible for enhancing brand proposition and customer experience across online and offline platforms like collaterals, media, website, bank apps, social media, client centre, banker services and etc. Other responsibilities are but not limited to: produce content in various channels for customer engagement; develop strategic partnership with stakeholders; in-charge of marketing budget and measurement of its ROI, obtain market insights; manage external agencies and vendors and etc. 

The ideal candidate should be a degree holder in marketing, communications or a related discipline, with at least 12 years of marketing experience in private bank, wealth management, insurance or asset management industry. You are expected to have strong writing skills to craft communications / messaging targeting high net worth segment. You are independent yet team-oriented, self-motivated, strategic yet able to work with hands-on approach, well organized with good planning skills, detail-oriented and with good problem solving skills. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communications skills are required. Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is mandatory.
