You will:

• support the Arts Department in the development and implementation of operational strategies
• assist in developing and implementing procedures and guidelines for the safe handling and movement of all art objects
• coordinate with external bodies including artists, lenders, art institutions
• assist in preparing the exhibition layout plans, installation and other related tasks for exhibitions. Manage and prepare the packing and unpacking of artworks
• assist the Registrar in making shipping arrangements with shipping companies
• support the team in exhibitions and other related programmes

 
You should have/be:

• Degree in relevant discipline, with at least 2 years’ working experience and exposure in arts environment
• passion and good knowledge of contemporary arts
• flexible, self-motivated, willing to learn and face challenges
• keen to be part of a developing institution, able to work and organize various projects/tasks in a growing team
• excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Chinese
