Responsibilities:

• Promote various digital services in hmv retail shops
• Assist in all customers’ enquires of related digital services
• Prepare regular reports to supervisor for review

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above.
• Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• With customer service/ exhibition/ event working experience is highly preferred
• Relevant retail / customer service experience will be an advantage
• Responsible, punctual, flexible and polite
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive attitudes and passionate in developing a career in retail/ customer service/ event management industry
• Good basic salary plus attractive incentive program
