The incumbent is responsible for assisting the team head on the production of Company’s major publications such as annual report and ESG report to fulfill the listing requirements by HKex. The job holder is required to develop and implement brand branding and CSR initiatives to enhance the image and support the achievement of overall business objectives of the Company.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare corporate collaterals, including press releases, annual report, sustainability report, staff newsletter, and corporate video etc.
• Maintain corporate website, Weibo, WeChat and other social media platforms
• Drive corporate social responsibility programs and voluntary activities
• Maintain close relationship with the media, professional bodies and affiliated companies
• Coordinate with vendors and manage their deliverables and performance

Requirements:

• A recognized degree in Communications Studies / Public Relations or Marketing
• At least 4 years of experience in the area of corporate communication, preferably with exposure in listed company
• Should be a strong team leader with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Should be organized, proactive and possess strong communication and project management skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
• Immediate availability is preferable.
• Candidate with less experience or qualification will be considered for the post of Senior Officer.
