Responsibilities:

• Manage the seasonal sales target and marketing budgets control.  Monitor daily product sales and promotion performance and create responsive action plans. 
• Setting marketing goals and plans to align with company business plan and brand direction.
• Responsible for day to day operation in retail marketing, CRM program, new product launch and promotion activities.  
• Coordinate and work with design teams in production of BTL promotion materials, new product packaging and visual merchandising in retails. 
• Support new channel business development on BtoB, E-Commerce, and social media awareness. 
• Responsible for brand building strategies and maximize brand values in retails as well as brand message consistency and adherence to brand guardrails.
• Facilitate training and presentation for the frontline staffs in order to achieve excellent service in retails, TCM knowledge education and sales performances..
• Administrate and manage the marketing and operating workflows with cross functions base on marketing plans and projects within budgets and deadlines. 
• Supervise the customer service support team and handle BtoB business enquires

 Requirements:-

• University graduate preferably in Marketing,Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years working experience in sales and marketing, preferably in retail industry
• Multi-Tasking, Proactive, Independent, leadership and analytical skills
• Positive thinker and strive for excellence in challenges.
• Health conscious and supportive in Traditional Chinese Medicine
• Good in copywriting and communication skill
• Less experience will be considered Senior Marketing Executive
