Job Description
Our Client is one of the leading and fast growing market research agencies with a focus on premium and luxury consumer, from the mass affluent to ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Owing to expansion, they are now inviting high caliber individuals to apply to the new position of Assistant Research Manager / Senior Research Analyst/ Research Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Project Director(s) and work closely with other research team members to offer total client solutions
- Provide quality and timely qualitative market research service to the Clients
- Conduct research study from project management, design, execution, analysis, charting and potential presentation to client servicing
- Conduct data mining and preparing consumer insight reports
- Assist in preparing client proposals and / or research findings and recommendations presentation materials
- Handle clients and / or other stakeholder enquiries
- Support meeting coordination and / or other ad-hoc initiatives
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration / Marketing / Economics / Social Sciences / Statistics or equivalent
- 2 years’ working experience in market research, preferably from agency carrying similar capacity
- Customer focused, presentable, with strong passion in market research, business and data analysis
- Hands-on with MS Excel, PowerPoint applications knowledge with SPSS will be an advantage
- Good business and numerical sense
- Proficient in verbal and written English and Chinese
