Responsibilites :

• Prepare and issue corporate news and press releases & market related articles
• Collect, organize and update database for in-house marketing library of corporate presentations
• Sensitive to numbers and able to massage raw data & figures to meaningful reports
• Initiate & organize public affairs & marketing functions and events
• Regularly communicate with press to enhance the media relations
• Assist in ad hoc marketing tasks

Requirements :

• At least 2 years experiences as reporters / PR experiences in in-house PR agency
• Experiences in writing property related articles and analytical reports
• Capable of handling figures & experiences in data massaging
• Candidates who has experience in social media marketing would be preferred
• Degree holder in Communications/Marketing or Related discipline
• Proficiency in written & spoken English and Cantonese
• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Sociable, proactive, innovative, well-organized & self-motivated
• Willing to handle the dual-role of PR & research work independently
• Detail-oriented, well organized, analytical with logical thinking, enthusiastic
• Native in Cantonese and fluent in English
• Familiar with Microsoft Office & PowerPoint, experience in Photoshop/graphic skills is an advantage
