Responsibilities:

• Support the team to plan and implement new products / services or initiatives for the association
• Communicate closely with internal partners on workflow process and requirements consolidation
• Coordinate with external vendors on tracking deliverable for development projects and provide UAT support
• Plan and support the implementation of the annual user satisfaction survey
• Participate in desk and research projects for market and census data, government policy, latest technology or application in product/service development for seniors
• Perform daily news clipping of the industry and regular competitive monitoring for market analysis
• Provide administration support in daily operation
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in Social Science or Gerontology or related discipline
• Prior experience or sound knowledge on qualitative/ quantitative research and data mining will be advantage
• Strong analytical skills, detail-minded, well-organized
• Good team player, self-motivated, interpersonal and communication skills
• Sensitive to social trends with a passion for helping the seniors
• Fluent of both written and spoken in English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese word processing), SPSS is an advantage
• Fresh graduate is also welcome
