Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage internal systems and work processes relating to tenancy and lease administration;
• Coordinate leasing matters of the Property Department; work towards ensuring timely renewal and new letting of company properties;
• Manage assigned property portfolios including their marketing and promotion planning and execution, lease and contract negotiation, tenancy administration, as well as planning and implementation of property enhancement projects;
• Conduct market intelligence, keep update market trend and latest development;
• Maintain connection and networking with agencies and business partners.

Requirements:

• A Degree holder preferably in Real Estate/ Property/ Business administration or related disciplines;
• Around 10 to 15 years hands-on experience in leasing and marketing including supervisory/ management responsibilities in property developers;
• Solid experience in leasing management in particular retail/ commercial/ office;
• Good business sense and problem solving skills; self-driven and result-oriented;
• Effective communication and team management skills;
• Mature, take ownership, possesses a "CAN-DO" attitude and learning quotient.
