Duties & Responsibilities: - 

• Plan, organize and manage the Company’s communication strategies and drive PR programs
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with government organisations, trade associations and media
• Design and execute CSR programs in accordance with the Company’s areas of focus
• Manage, write and edit all media and company collateral materials inclusive of press release, newsletter, speeches, presentation materials, etc.
• Plan and organize corporate events and community activities
• Handle VIP visits
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism or relevant disciplines
• 6-8 years of relevant experience
• China or regional exposure is an advantage
• Strong command in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Strong planning, organization and coordinating skills; meticulous attention to details
• Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently with minimum supervision
• Travel as and when necessary to support PR programs
