Responsibilities

• Develop & Implement the Marketing and Sales strategies in Asia Pacific region, including seminars and campaigns
• Planning the promotion activities according to headquarter requirements
• Identify, Develop and Manage the property channel in the region 
• Give clear presentations and Guide clients throughout the sales center and display suites
• Generate and Manage firm sales contracts in accordance with the goals set out by headquarter
• Liaise with property agents to achieve sales target
• Build and Maintain a fruitful relationship with purchasers and buyer agents

Requirements

• University degree in Business / Marketing or related disciplines
• Living record in Canada or UK
• 3+ years proven experience in sales and marketing in International Residential Property field
• Fluent language skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Presentable with superior closing skills
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Power Point and Excel
• Familiarity with real estate databases (CRM)
• Flexible working hours
• EAA License Holder is an Advantage
