Job Description

 

Employer Branding Senior Manager is responsible for promoting Schneider Electric as an employer of choice amongst key talent groups for the organization, applying the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) through the development and deployment of campaign assets through owned, earned and paid channels.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop campaign assets based on Schneider Electric EVP and overall corporate brand guidelines
  • Coordinate employer brand execution in countries & regions so that high quality and consistent execution is ensured
  • Campaign deployment – deliver integrated campaign for target talents
  • Develop and deploy relevant PR and thought leadership opportunities
  • Develop and manage careers focused global websites and social media accounts.
  • Lead the employer branding SEO to drive website traffic of global career websites
  • Improve brand awareness/image of the company on campus in coordination with University Relations.
  • Analyze and interpret metrics to report success of employer branding
  • Utilise research tools (internal and external) to understand target markets and track return on investment.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, communications team and external vendors to develop brand messages and materials.
  • Increase employee engagement for internal recruitment & mobility.
  • Monitor competitor employer branding activities
  • Publish regular employer branding contents reports and performance reports
  • Manage the global employer branding budget

 

Key competencies

 

  • Strong understanding of branding and marketing
  • Digital marketing, web and social media knowledge (media buying, SEO/SEM,etc)
  • Market research and data analysis

  • Stakeholder management (i.e. Country & Zone HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Business, etc.)
  • Project management, budget management skills
  • Strategic thinking and results focused attitude
  • Collaborative working
  • Cross-Cultural understanding

  • Strong written and oral communication (English)

 

Requirements

  • 5~10 years in Employer Branding or Brand Marketing/Marketing Communication/Digital Marketing
  • Bachelors degree  
  • Strong English communications and writing kills
  • Demonstrable evidence of achievements and their organizational benefits
  • Experience in global/regional teams at MNCs
