Responsibilities: 

• Provide high quality customer service and meet service goal.
• Answering telephone hotline in professional manner in order to respond user's requirements.
• Handle customer service inquiries, reservations and complaints
• Work with internal departments to seek possible solution for customers
• Ensure a smooth running of the process with customers
• Organize and manage daily operations of the department. 

Requirements:

• HKCEE / DSE or above, 2 years relevant working experience is preferred.
• Good command of Cantonese, spoken English and Mandarin
• Proficient in Chinese & English typing
• Fluency in written & spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Hard-working, Careful, Active, Responsible, Enable to work under pressure and fast-packed work environment.
