Responsibility:

• Liaise with Ecommerce Manager and Marketing team to ensure a seamless experience and optimized purchasing path from call-to-actions to landing pages
• Plan and implement e-Merchandising activities as defined in trading and marketing calendars
• Own the day-to-day back-end management of eCommerce platforms including but not limited to content and product update
• Analyse Google Analytics data for insight and action plan generation
• Support the best-in-class customer experience including but not limited to customer enquiries, order management
• Manage campaigns integration and new features implementation
• Support eCommerce manager on report generation and data analysis

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree
• Have 2+ years of experience in web-mastering, e-Commerce platform (desktop and mobile) management, content management, merchandising, A/B testing, personalization, with experience in SEO optimization a plus.
• Knowledge in eCommerce platform management including product, content and promotion, cross-selling, up-selling, A/B testing and personalization
• Knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SEO and experience in multi-language content management system (CMS) is a plus
• Knowledge in online marketing tracking system Google Analytics
• Result oriented and has analytical skills
• Proactively review performance and come up suggestions to improve
• Accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal & communication skills
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
