Report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, this individual will be responsible for driving business & brand growth through collectible redemption programs and other marketing initiatives  

The Job

• Plan, develop and manage the executions & implementations of the collectible redemption programs including product development, ATL, BTL and digital communications, logistics arrangement, data analysis, performance evaluation and P&L management.
• Work with different internal departments and external agencies to ensure a smooth and quality roll out of assigned projects
• Supervise the development of branding activities to sustain brand image 

The Person

• Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
• 5-6 years solid marketing experience, preferably in the FMCG and retail industry 
• Good business acumen and passionate in Retail Marketing 
• Creative, Self-motivated, possess with excellent communication and project management skills
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and work under pressure
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
