Responsibilities:

• Lead Oxfam Hong Kong fundraising programme from corporations, institutions, foundations and high net worth individuals in Hong Kong, Macau, mainland China and Taiwan
• Formulate strategy, fundraising plan and proposals and implement by leading and managing a team of staff to raise donations from the above segments
• Investigate marketing trends regarding charitable giving in Hong Kong and develop new initiatives and strategies for fundraising
• Assist the Director of Fundraising in developing long term strategy and work with other managers for annual year plan, including agency’s budget for income and expenditure
• Assist in overall marketing communications, promotion, branding and representation of Oxfam Hong Kong work

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Management and Development, Communications, Sales and Marketing or relevant disciplines with at least 10 years’ relevant experience in fundraising, business development and marketing including a minimum of 5 years in managerial grade
• Proven track record in securing corporate sponsorship and funding
• Experience in charitable organizations, INGOs in Greater China is preferred
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with senior executives and business leaders
• Able to travel upon required
• Identification with Oxfam’s mission and vision is highly desirable
