The Senior / Marketing Manager position is responsible for a wide array of business functions including branding, communication channels, product development, event management, and online and offline promotions. 

Responsibilities:

• Support Marketing Director and attend to day-to-day marketing activities and operations
• Formulate and implement integrated marketing communication strategies to meet organizational and business needs
• Run daily operations and lead marketing team members through campaigns and executions.  Work with and drive other marketing disciplines (design, digital and social) to ensure all marketing initiatives are fully integrated
• Responsible for all aspects of marketing activities, including: meeting deadlines, budgeting, campaign monitoring and optimization, measure and report on success of marketing campaign effectiveness
• Establish trusted partnership with agencies, vendors and partner brands
• Establish partnership with other functions (sales, operations, finance, business development, etc.) to maximize business potential

Requirement:

• University degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline
• 10 years of marketing experience (B2C marketing professionals preferred), those with less experience will be considered for the Marketing Manager position 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills to work with various internal and external stakeholders
• Highly-organized, methodical and spontaneous to fast-changing environments
• A creative thinker and problem-solver
• Ability to work under pressure and operate with a “start-up” mindset - meet deadlines and tackle multiple tasks at one time
• Motivated, energetic and open-mindedness amidst challenges and in a fast-paced work environment
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Ability to speak Putonghua and can read/write Simplified Chinese is a plus)
