This is a new job created to fill the needs of a fast growing company. We are looking for a strong leader to build and run our Marketing department. This is one-man band position and we are looking for a person with a passion for food and beverage industry and great people skills to work with our employees and become a part of our family. The Marketing Manager will be one of the main departments of our office.

Job Responsibilities:

• To develop strategic plan and marketing activities for brands building, awareness and reach business and sales objectives
• Develop and execute all-rounded marketing and promotion campaigns including but not limited to brand building, event promotions, e-marketing, and social media campaigns
• Plan, execute and optimize digital and marketing campaigns through digital platforms including websites, social media channels, etc.
• Initiate and conduct relevant market studies to identify trends and highlight revenue opportunities
• Evaluate the emerging trends in digital marketing and technologies, identify possible opportunities to implement such new technologies into marketing campaigns
• Manage different social media platforms to monitor daily response and increase customer engagement
• To produce practical reporting to management on seasonal analysis of sell-through, local market feedback, business intelligence report on competitors, market trends, and suggesting corrective actions when required

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Communication, Marketing or other related disciplines
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in Food & Beverage/Hospitality industry
• Good communications, interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
• Initiative, Creative, committed and with good business sense
• With knowledge in graphic design software, e.g. Illustrator and Photoshop is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
• Excellent command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Immediate available will be a great advantage
