Responsibilities:

• Implement the project management for all events including exhibition, roadshow and fundraising or special event from planning, preparation, execution and report analysis;
• Conduct event materials proposal and vendor sourcing for various events;
• Liaise with external parties including suppliers, working partners, performers and sponsors;
• Manage and communicate with part-time helpers and volunteers;
• Assist in preparing clerical and administration works.

 Requirements:

• Holding a Higher Diploma / Associate Degree certificate with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing or event management field;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese;
• Good PC knowledge in MSWord, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese Word Processing;
• Strong communication and problem solving skills, able to meet tight deadlines;
• Candidate should be willing to work overtime under pressure.
• Immediate available is preferred.
